Orders will be despatched within 72 hours but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Please note that we are currently only able to supply our products to within the UK. Currently, our charges for postage and packaging are from £7.70 per item, calculated on weight. Be advised that some items can be heavy and may incur a small extra charge. As will delivery to non-mainland UK. We accept Visa MasterCard Maestro Switch and Solo. You can also order by calling us on 01803 292916, or fax us on 01803 292840. You may also do this by mail but please understand this does take time to process. Remember; feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions at all. Returns If you are unhappy with any product that you receive, you may return them for a replacement or full refund for the product price. This must be done within 14 days of receipt and all original packaging complete and in good condition, but please note we are unable to refund any postage. Postage can only be refunded on goods that are received faulty and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We will not be held responsible until the item reaches us. So all items need to be sent back on a 2nd or 1st class recorded delivery. If you are exchanging an item an additional administration charge of from £3.50 will apply. If a replacement is out of stock we will advise you via e-mail. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed. Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.
